Journaling your Yoga Journey

The key to improving in an activity is to practice with intention. This gives purpose and focus to your practice greatly improving your productivity and achievement.


One great way to set your intention is to write it down. Start a yoga journal to keep track of your journey.




In upcoming articles, we will be posting journaling exercises. Use these exercises to improve your yoga practice and focus your intentions. Some exercises will be emotional, however, most will focus on the physical practice. You can't get better at yoga if you don't actually do it.


Checklist:

  1. Pick out a new Journal specifically for your yoga practice

  2. Read the Yoga Journaling exercise

  3. Set your intention

  4. Do the practice assigned in the exercise

  5. Write about your yoga journey
